Contract with “We the people"
I will provide Strong determined leadership for Nebraska and the Nation....
I challenge any other Candidates nationwide to embrace this contract if you have the courage and are running for the right reason then this should not be a problem for you , if not you Clearly don’t have what it takes to lead “we the people of America” we have no more room for weakness, lies and corruption!
As part of a true transparency policy: This is how I will vote
Contract with “We the people of America”
- I believe in standing strong with principles, and will speak the truth based on the facts without fear. I will work with both parties for the good of the people who elected me, not for the good of my own party and therefore when I take the oath of office I will abide by it.
- I oppose the current healthcare plan, and commit to repeal it if passed. I believe it is unconstitutional in its current form. I will oppose any plan that grows government or increases government involvement; we need less government and more innovation.
- I will support and/or work toward the abolishment of the IRS and current income tax system. I will put in its place a flat tax or fair tax. Its simple, less taxes less government equals more freedom, more innovation and more prosperity.
- I believe in the United States Constitution, our forefathers their vision and intentions I therefore will never support any bill or legislation not in line with its fundamentals. Furthermore, I will not vote for any bill if its not 100% sound not 90% sound but 100% sound. All Bills should be clear and precise. The phase a bad bill is better no bill is just plain nonsense, we can do better. I will not vote for any bill with any hidden provisions.
- I will support any efforts to audit / close the Federal Reserve System.
I believe in a two term limit, this provides for new ideas, fresh perspectives, and will also provide new guards for our future security. - I believe education is a vital part of the United States and key to our future. It was the vision of the founders and should be a major focus of all elected officials. Therefore, I will support the abolishment of the Department of Education and will move education forward consistent with true free market principles.
- Abortion, I stand on the side of Life period! As someone who has lost a child I fully understand the priceless sanctity of life. It is the duty of government to protect life. I believe the founders would have been absolutely against abortion.
- I believe that corruption must be dealt with swiftly. I will work to bring investigations and motions of impeachment to the table. I believe it is time for those who have betrayed the U.S. Constitution and broken our laws be held accountable for their actions. We must send the message; this culture of corruption will no longer be tolerated!
- I will donate 30-35 % of my salary back to the people via a charity of my choosing.
- I will not accept money from any Pac or Business; only individual donations from private Americans.
- I believe in a balanced budget and therefore will vote to freeze all non-essential government spending until it can be determined what we are really spending our money on. I will get rid of all the non-essentials, and make a balanced budget achievable
- I believe the government should not increase the financial burden on its citizenry during difficult economic times. I will therefore oppose all tax increases and push for tax breaks. The only way to fix our economy once it has rebounded is with a realistic balanced budget that will lead to American prosperity.
- I believe that after more than four decades, the continued U.S. dependency on foreign oil is a travesty which needs to end as quickly as possible. Therefore I will support an energy plan that calls for the immediate increase in usage of all domestic resources including, wind, solar and nuclear energy etc.
- I believe in the sovereignty and security of our country and therefore will support measures to close all of our borders, except for pre-designated legal immigration points, so we will know who is entering, when, and why. I will vehemently oppose any measure that would provide amnesty, and circumvention of the US laws, to individuals that have gained access to our country illegally. I will oppose measures that will give another country, the United Nations, or any other entity, power over U.S. citizens. I believe that we should enforce our current immigration laws without excuse, and the Americans citizens should always come first.
- I believe in protecting American jobs and to allow the continuing policy of foreign outsourcing with 30+ million Americans out of work is strictly a bad practice and a insult to Americans, I will work to undo this damage. I will work to reduce tax burden and provide incentive for American companies to hire Americans and work to get rid NAFTA etc. and bring manufacturing back to America.
- I believe the United States of America is the greatest country on earth and therefore will not apologize for policies or actions which have served to free and feed more people around the world than any other nation on the planet. I also believe that is time to turn some of those resources inward, and take care Americans first, before we take care of everyone else, as we have neglected ourselves for others long enough. I will support common sense foreign policy the save American lives. And terrorist should be tried in military tribunal’s not civilian courts.
- If I violate the commitments outlined above, to you the American People, then I am no longer fit for the position that you have elected me for in the United States of America, and I will resign or relinquish my position to whomever you elect to replace me, we once you have decided who that is to be, not at the end of my “term”..
